When you apply or contact us, we may collect: your name, email, phone number, location and nationality, year of birth, gender, native language, education history, employment history, current and expected salary, your CV/resume, and any other information you choose to share.
Why we collect it
We use candidate information to review applications, match candidates with job and consultancy opportunities, contact you about roles, and provide our recruitment and HR services to our clients. We use business-contact information to respond to enquiries and provide our services.
Legal basis
We process candidate personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
Who can see it
Your information is accessible to authorized Talentscript employees only. We may share relevant candidate details with prospective employers or clients in the course of providing recruitment services, and with service providers who host our systems. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We retain candidate information only as long as necessary and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, consent is withdrawn, or retention is not required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email info@talentscript.com and we will respond.
